College Hours: The normal college hours, unless otherwise announced by the Dean, extend a week day from 2:00 P.M. to 8:.00 P.M. The College will be closed on Sunday and Govt. Holidays.

Attendance: A minimum of 75% attendance is required in all subject separately (Lectures & Practical) for examination and As per RCI norms for the Rehabilitation or special education courses and university norms for other courses. If his or her attendance falls below this percentage, student will be discarded from the examination.

It is compulsory to appear in internal Examination conducted by the college to become eligible for University Examination and Practical files / Dissertation shall be completed with the completion of that particular Practical / Visit of concern subject.

General Rules

  • Student must regularly attend the classes according to the scheduled time. A minimum of 75% attendance or as per RCI & University norms in each subject is compulsory, otherwise the student shall not be allowed to appear in the examination. In the rest 25% (out of 100%) consideration for medical, sports etc. is included.
  • Only authorized users/students are allowed to enter the college premises. So all users/student are required to carry their identity card issued by the college always with them and are required to show it on demand.
  • A student who misbehaves and does not follow the instructions of Teacher will be recorded in the personal file of the student and disciplinary action will be taken against him / her. The Dean is empowered to refuse admission, if the student is found acting in a manner causing interruption to the smooth running of the college.
  • No candidate shall be allowed for un‐intimated long leave except the college declared vacations. Otherwise his/her name may be strikes off and admission cancelled.
  • Any change in the postal / permanent address of the student shall be informed in the college in writing, otherwise the college will not be responsible for any communication gap / loss etc.
  • Smoking, Tobacco chewing and use of alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited in all parts of the college.
  • In the college debates and other meetings, the chair must be taken by a responsible person approved previously by the Dean and the subject of the debate must have been approved by the Dean.
  • In all matters, whether covered or not in the existing rules, the decision of the Management shall be final.
  • The Management reserves the rights of making any addition to or deletion from or alteration in the above rules and regulation including the structure without prior notice. Interpretation given by the Management regarding the details of this prospectus will be final.
  • For all legal matters / disputes arising out of provisions of this prospectus the court of Jurisdiction will be that of Udaipur only.
  • In Service candidate/student must have to take NOC from their employer.
