Lokmanya Tilak Teachers’ Training College is one of the oldest Teachers Training College of Rajasthan and was established in 1966 by Manishi Pandit Janardan Rai Nagar. It is located in an eco-friendly surrounding and outstanding scenic beauty on the airport road, 18 km away from Udaipur. the first of the historical building where Colonel James Tod wrote ‘Annals and Antiquities of Rajasthan ‘ is also part of this college . The college offers M.Ed., B.Ed., M.Ed., B.Ed., B.Ed. (Child Development), D. El. Ed., M.A. Education and Ph.D. (Education) Courses. The college was upgraded as College of Teacher Education (CTE) in 1993. NAAC Accredited ‘A’ grade to the college in the year 2005. The institute has been assessed and certified ISO 9001:2015 by OTABU certification limited for the quality management system.
