Hon'ble Vice Chancellor's Message
The purpose of education is to replace an empty mind with an open one that is why development of any nation can crop up only by providing of ample education to the young generation. Post- independence era has undergone considerable changes owing to rapid and incredible global advancement. The revolutionary change in any field can be transformed by the appropriate education, which is skilled based, and knowledge enhancing.
I would like to quote Malcolm X, who said “Education is our passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to the people who prepare for it today.” An educational institution can attain unimaginable and incredible heights of glory and magni cence in academic excellence, by understanding that education is not preparation for life, it is life itself.
In addition to creating productive brains for professional, communal and individual success, Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) commits to build responsible citizens with highest ethics and social conduct, who can rightly be termed as ‘Karm- Yogis’, we have also started skill based education for the youth, so that they could become good entrepreneurs. I can proudly state that we are fully equipped and motivated to handle this challenge. The University follows a curricular framework where all programs are planned under Choice Based Credit System and are multi-disciplinary. The JRNRVU follows continuous Internal Assessment as its essential component. This has been done with a view to prepare students to compete in a hyper competitive global job market. Along with this, extra- curricular activities are frequently organized to ensure holistic growth of the students.
To begin with, I request all of you to place on record the brave hearts who have been working tirelessly putting at risk their own life, all the volunteers, health professionals all over the world. Their selfless service is commendable. Let us in spirit wish and pray for all people who have been affected by the corona virus directly and indirectly. We are concerned about the health and safety of our students, staff and their families and friends.
I welcome all the students who chose to be a part of our Manikya Lal verma Shramjeevi Evening college of the University, I am sure that you will feel proud on being associated with us and, I hope, you shall also make us equally proud with your academic excellence.
