Department of Physical Education

The Department of Physical Education at JRN RVU is committed to promoting health, fitness, sportsmanship, and overall physical well-being among students. The department focuses on developing strong physical, mental, and social skills through structured training, fitness programs, and sports activities.


The curriculum combines theoretical knowledge of health, exercise science, and physical education with practical training in sports, yoga, aerobics, athletics, and recreational activities. Students learn to enhance their fitness levels, improve endurance, and develop leadership and teamwork skills through regular practice, workshops, competitions, and fitness assessments.
