About Faculty of Science

The Faculty of Science is an important constituent college of the University, making it an educational institution with a diverse and thriving community of students. The Faculty of Science is continuously enriching it’s identity. The Faculty of Science was established in the year 2016 at Manikya Lal Verma Shramjeevi College Campus with vision of empowering youth especially deprived classes to carry forward the imprints and benefits of education to their native place and at large in society. The mission of the Faculty of Science is to empower youth by teaching, learning, research and extension activities. At present the Faculty of Science, is running undergraduate, post graduate and Ph. D. courses in various streams such as Botany, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Statistics and Zoology.

The Faculty of Science is continuously enriching it’s identity. The vision is to empowering youth especially deprived classes, to carry forward the imprints and benefits of education to their native place and at large in society. Also to provide knowledge and quality based education to the students by inculcating moral values, scientific temper and employing state of the art technologies. It aims to pursue excellence towards creating manpower with high degree of intellectual, professional and cultural development to meet the national and global challenges.

Mission

The mission of the Faculty of Science is to empower youth by teaching, learning, research and extension activities.
