Selected candidates who fail to pay their fees within the notified date will forfeit their seats, which will be allotted to the next deserving candidate.
A student admitted on the basis of wrong information or incorrect documents submitted along with the application is liable to be expelled from the department at any time during the course of his/her studies.
The Principal/Selection Committee reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate without assigning any reason.

Original Certificates of Secondary & Senior Secondary Examination along with Original Transfer Certificate and Character Certificate.
Original Migration Certificate.
Original Internship Completion Certificate and Course Completion Certificate.
Original Provisional Degree Certificate / Degree Certificate.
A certificate of Physical Fitness issued by a registered Medical Practitioner.
A declaration by the student stating that he/she is not engaged in any other occupation and is not studying in any other institution.
04 passport size and 04 stamp size photographs.
