Before filling a University Examination Form, its important to carefully follow standard guidelines to avoid rejection or errors. Here is a clear checklist.

Read the Notice:
Note deadlines (with late fees) and the fee structure.

Clear Dues:
Ensure you are eligible and have no pending of college fees.

Prepare Scans:
Keep ready clear copies of your passport size photo, signature, IDs (Aadhaar/Jan Aadhaar), and past mark sheets (10th, 12th, previous semesters).

Fill Accurately:
Enter your name, DOB(as per 10th marksheet), and enrollment number exactly as they appear on your official records.

Select Subjects:
Double-check the course codes for your core, elective, and any backlog papers.

Pay & Save:
Pay the exam fee and save a screenshot of the transaction ID and receipt.

Review Before Submitting:
Verify your spellings, subject choices, and uploaded documents one last time. Mistakes can cause issues with your admit card and corrections are difficult!

अंतिम तिथि (लेट फीस के साथ) और फीस की जानकारी नोट कर लें।

बकाया (Dues) चुकाएं:
सुनिश्चित करें कि आपकी कोई विश्वविद्यालय फीस बकाया नहीं है काया नहीं है।

दस्तावेज़ तैयार रखें:
अपनी फोटो, हस्ताक्षर, आईडी (आधार/जन आधार) और पिछली मार्कशीट (10वीं, 12वीं, पिछले सेमेस्टर) की साफ स्कैन कॉपी तैयार रखें।

सही जानकारी भरें:
अपना नाम, जन्म तिथि (DOB 10th की अंकतालिका के अनुसार) और नामांकन संख्या (Enrollment number) बिल्कुल वैसे ही भरें जैसे वे आपके आधिकारिक रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज हैं।

विषयों का चयन:
अपने मुख्य (Core), वैकल्पिक (Elective) और किसी भी बैकलॉग (Backlog) पेपर के विषय कोड (Subject codes) को ध्यान से दोबारा जांचें।

फीस भरें और रसीद रखें:
परीक्षा फीस का भुगतान करें और ट्रांजैक्शन आईडी (Transaction ID) तथा रसीद का स्क्रीनशॉट सुरक्षित रख लें।

सबमिट करने से पहले चेक करें:
नाम की स्पेलिंग, चुने गए विषयों और अपलोड किए गए दस्तावेज़ों को सबमिट करने से पहले एक बार फिर से जांच लें। एक छोटी सी गलती से एडमिट कार्ड में समस्या आ सकती है और बाद में सुधार करना बहुत मुश्किल होता है!
